Please fill out this form completely and we will solve the problem with you as best we can. In the event of damage, we would also like to receive photos of the box and damaged products so that we can immediately offer you a suitable compensation.
Any agreed compensation will be credited to your account and you can deduct it from the amount to be paid with your next order.
